I was listening to WTEM this afternoon and heard former Redskin KR/PR Brian Mitchell explaining why it’s a good thing that the Nats kept both staring 1B Nick Johnson and backup Dimitri Young. He’s right, there are good reasons for it. But one of those good reasons is not, “you can use Young as the DH,” as he said on the air.
